Why is my username invalid?
If you receive an error message saying your username is invalid, try the following:
- Use your username instead of your email address (especially if the error message says there are too many characters)
- Make sure you are using Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Victorian Collections is not optimised for Internet Explorer.
