Switching between multiple organisations
If you have caught the cataloguing bug and are a cataloguer for multiple organisations, you can use one account on Victorian Collections and easily switch between organisation/collection pages.
When you join a new collecting organisation, the administrator should add you as a member using the email address you use in your existing account. This will ensure that you have one individual account with access to multiple organisational accounts.
This process also applies if you are a cataloguer at an organisation with two or more collections which have been established as distinct separate catalogues.

TO SWITCH ORGANISATIONS
After you log in, from the Dashboard navigate to the Organisation tile and click Switch Organisation.
Click into the 'Switch organisation drown-down menu that appears, and select your desired organisation from the list.
After selecting, you will be in the new organisation catalogue. You can confirm you are working in the correct catalogue by checking the organisation name at the top-right of the window:

Is the Organisation you are looking for not listed? Check that the administrator of your organisation's page has added you as a member using the email address from your existing account. Also make sure that you have accepted the invitation!
