Resetting your password

It happens to all of us! If you've forgotten your password, simply follow the Reset your password link on the Login page.

Enter your email address. Victorian Collections will send you an email with instructions and a link to reset your password. If you haven't received the email, check your Junk or Spam folder. 

Password Parameters:
  1. Something hard to guess
  2. Passwords must have at least one non-alphanumeric character
  3. Passwords must have at least one digit
  4. Passwords must have at least one uppercase
  5. Minimum 6 characters
