Why isn't the CMS is displaying as I would expect it to?
An issue that users may experience following updates to the VC CMS is that aspects of the CMS do not display properly. This is predominantly linked to when users are accessing the CMS via older versions of their respective web browsers. If this has been the case for you, we are pleased to advise that it will most likely be resolved by checking and updating your browser to its most recent version. Specific instructions for checking and updating common browsers are available below:
For Mac users, Safari will be updated automatically to the most recent version supported by your device, alongside an update to your iOS, or iPadOS.
If, after running an update, you are still experiencing display issues with the VC CMS, please submit a ticket via our Helpdesk so we can assess with your specific device and browser in mind.
