Helpdesk unmonitored:
The VC Helpdesk will not be monitored from Wednesday 24 December until Tuesday 6 January while the AMaGA Victoria office closes and the Victorian Collections team takes a break.
Reduced capacity:
Additionally, the Helpdesk will be operate at a reduced capacity from Tuesday 16 December until Tuesday 23 December and Wednesday 7 January until Monday 19 January. During this period, we will be prioritising urgent requests, and for all requests our response times may take between 48 and 72 hours.
User support requiring developer involvement:
User support requests which require involvement of our developer will not be able to be facilitated from Monday 15 December until Friday 30 January. If you have submitted a support request of this nature during this period, we will liaise with you from Monday February 2 onwards regarding the scheduling of this work.
